James Rogers

Hi there, I’m James.

I grew up in Australia and live in Victoria, Canada with my wonderful spouse. We love kayaking and skiing, hearing live music and getting together with friends.

I started Argo Coaching to help people get unstuck and prepared to meet new challenges. Coaching transformed my mindset when that was badly needed. Now, I offer the same benefit to people like you.

When we work together, in-person or virtually, our discussions uncover root causes behind issues that hold you back. That way, we can connect the dots between problems and solutions.

Sounds basic, huh? It’s not. I help you meet your future self half-way.

I hold a BA in Entrepreneurial Management and a graduate certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University. I’m also a Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. My formal education combines with hard-earned business insight and personal enthusiasm for guiding others on their career journeys.

Elle Mah

Elle is passionate leader and coach dedicated to supporting clients through change and uncovering what is possible. She has been in leadership and executive roles within the luxury brand market for over 17 years. Her mission is to engage each connection wholeheartedly with curiosity, and empathy to be in service of clients.  

Elle prides herself on being welcoming, non-judgemental, compassionate, and her coaching practice is centred in the belief that you are capable. Her role is simply to help you get unstuck and move forward in a confidential space where words and actions begin to align. You will partner to unlock personal and professional potential.

Elle holds the designations of Certified Executive Coach through Royal Roads University and Accredited Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation.
